10 Delicious Smoothie Recipes!

Here are 10 of our favourite smoothie recipes that you HAVE to try! Smoothies are an awesome way to start the day, or you can have them as a healthy afternoon snack.

*You can use as much or as little of milk in these recipes, but approximately 2-3 cups is recommended.


1. Strawberry Blonde:

- 1 banana

- 8 frozen strawberries (or unfrozen if you don't have frozen ones)

- 1tbsp of chia seeds

-Almond milk (or any milk of choice)

- 1 tsp of vanilla essence

2. Hot Pink:

- 1/2 a cup of frozen raspberries

- 2 tbsp of almond butter (or more if you want)

- 1 banana

- 1 cup of almond milk

3. Berry Blend:

- 1/2 a cup of frozen blueberries

- 1 banana

- 1 tbsp of chia seeds

- Almond milk

4. Tropical:

- 1/2 cup of frozen mango

- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple

- 1 tbsp of lime juice

- 2 tsp of vanilla essence

- Almond milk (you might add a little more almond milk because there are a-lot of frozen fruit)

5. Banana Spice:

- 1 Banana

- 2 tsp of cinnamon

- 1tsp of vanilla essence

- 1/4 cup of oats

-Almond milk

6. Go Green:

- 1 banana

- A handful of spinach leaves

- 1/4 of an avocado

- mint leaves

- 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds

- Almond milk

7. Snickers

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 tbsp of peanut butter

- 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder or 1/4 cup of chocolate yoghurt (COYO coconut chocolate yoghurt is good in this)

- 1 tsp of vanilla essence

- 1 tbsp of maple syrup

- Almond milk

8. Salted Caramel

- 1 frozen banana

- 2 tsp of vanilla essence

- 7 to 10 unpitted dates

- 1/4 tsp of salt

- Almond milk

9. Fresh Ginger

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

- 1 handful of spinach

- Approximately 1 inch piece of ginger (equivalent to 7 grams or 0.26 ounces)

- Almond milk

10. Morning Boost

- 1/4 or 1/2 of cold coffee (depends how much you want)

- 1 frozen banana

- 1/2 tbsp of flax meal

- 1 tbsp of vanilla essence

- Almond milk
