Everyone loves a bowl of warm porridge on a cold Monday morning! It's healthy, delicious and very satisfying. Here are 2 of my favourite porridge recipes ever!

Banana & Maple Syrup
Prep: 3 minutes | Cooking time: 2 minutes | Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of quinoa flakes
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
Half a banana, sliced
Maple syrup
Method:
In a pan, on medium to high heat, add the oats, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk.
Stir the mixture, and cook for about 2 minutes or until you have reached a creamy-like consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with banana slices and maple syrup.
Enjoy!
Chocolate and Almond
Prep: 3 minutes | Cooking time: 2 minutes | Serves 1
Ingredients
1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of quinoa flakes
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of LSA mix
1 cup of almond milk
Almond butter
Sliced almonds
Method:
In a pan, on medium to high heat, add the oats, quinoa flakes, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, LSA and almond milk.
Stir the mixture, and cook for about 2 minutes or until you have reached a creamy-like consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with almond butter and sliced almonds.
Enjoy!
