Turmeric lattes are a perfect way to start your morning. They provide anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and are full of antioxidants. They are also super delicious and easy to whip up on the stove!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp raw honey
pinch of ground black pepper
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender (I use a NutriBullet) until well combined.
2. Pour into small saucepan and stir on medium heat until it reaches your desired temperature.
3. Pour into mug, dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
