Quick and Easy Granola


I put granola on everything! Smoothie bowls, yoghurt, cereal and even toast (haha don't judge me). This recipe is so delicious and easy. I like to make a big batch and it will last me weeks!


Ingredients:

  • 100g slithered almonds

  • 100g skinned hazelnuts (raw)

  • 50g pepitas

  • 100g oats

  • 100g puffed quinoa

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 100g dried blueberries or dried cranberries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Spread the nuts, pepitas, oats and quinoa over the tray and bake for 10 mins.

  3. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey and mix in the sugar, blueberries and chia seeds.

  4. Bake for 5 more minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and leave to cool before transferring to desired storage containers or jars.

  6. Enjoy (coz its super healthy)!
